You should seriously be banned. I haven't seen a good post from you since you joined.

i still got Floyd at #2. since the Mosley victory wasn't that long ago. if he continues to stay inactive, then yeah he'll eventually drop on the p4p rankings.

Why don't we just put David Haye in at number 3 and move Mayweather down to 4 or we can squeeze in Mike Jones aswell (since he won his last fight) that way we can push Mayweather down to 5 and we can all imagine he's a fraud who can't fight :nut

The best case you can make is that May is 2nd.....on my list I have him tied first but Manny above him as he is more active.

Shows how fickle fans are Martinez K.O's williams and people forget about all of Mays dominating wins!

Like I've said on another thread.

#1 Pacquiao. #2 Mayweather...they are cemented at the minute, unless one or both loses, or in Mayweather's case...inactivity.

What dominating wins has had of note? Since the hatton fight in 07 he's fought twice.

Once against a lightweight he outsized CONSIDERABLY and Once against Mosely, who has aged an incredible amount the past year and got whupped by SERGIO MORA, FFS.

At what point does Floyd's vacation become permanent retirement?

The ****er may not say he is retired for yonks and weeks and months(and maybe years) will pass without a fight announced.

 P4P Floyd is the most talented boxer in the world, resume wise his best win for ages is a past prime Mosley who has gone on to have a terrible display against Sergio Mora at a weight he was supposed to be more comfortable with. Meanwhile Martinez has gone on to have a thrilling SD loss to Williams before beating the bigger Pavlik and then KOing a highly hyped Williams. I prefer to judge a guy on substance not style or talent in this case.

Where did people have Martinez ranked before this bout? He wasn't in my top 10 I don't believe...it would be interesting to see how high he jumped with this win.

I agree. Floyd is the most talented boxer perhaps in the last 50 years and his unbeatable resume provides proof for this. Others just are emotional, but you cant beat numbers. You cant beat an undefeated resume :good

He just fought 6 months ago. Should there be a new rule saying that taking breaks after two fights in a year's span = permanent retirement? I guess that would be called the "Floyd Mayweather rule."
