If Floyd was forced to choose Pac or Martinez next.. who would he pick and why?

  1. Pac and Martinez both KO Floyd.

The difference is that Pac's KO comes with a 50-70 million dollar check.

This proves your knowledge of the sport is as poor as your life, most likely.

Mayweather vs Martinez would be a very boring fight. Two counter punchers with very little activity and Martinez is most likely going to play aggressive here and there due to size. I don't expect a KO in this one because there won't be much contact and even if there was, Mayweather hasn't taken too many punishment in his career to drop from a single shot and Mayweather sure as hell won't fall for the amateur punch Williams fell for. That punch Williams fell for is a very basic punch.

Pacquiao vs Mayweather would be engaging and a KO is possible for Pacquiao in this one if he is able to land enough. A single punch by Pacquiao sure as hell won't seal the deal here either, Mosley as proven is a bigger puncher and he landed a punch that should have knocked Mayweather out cold. The difference though if Pac lands he won't run out of gas 10 seconds later and can keep the pressure up till he eventually scores a knockdown or gets countered and is dropped. This is a 50/50 fight but based on styles Mayweather can definitely win it and will most likely go in as a heavy favorite based on that and people who understand this(yourself definitely not included) have the right to be very worried as Pac fans if this fight happens.

Unless Pacquiao takes the blood test totally random that fight is NOT going to happen. There's no more point in beating a dead horse back to life and dead again. Floyd's not even entertaining anything else. I know he wants that money, but no test, no fight. He'll go after Martinez.

Funny you say that first line...how has it been proven that Mosley punches harder than Pac? Because of Margarito? Did you ask Cotto?

I think Floyd would choose Martinez simply because he has a much better chance against Martinez than Pacman based on their styles. Martinez is a low volume, counter puncher much like Floyd and if it came to a boxing match, Floyd beats anyone. On the other hand, Pacman is an ATG who is one of the most devastating offensive fighters ever. I don't know if Floyd can keep Pacman at bay for 12 rounds.

I think Floyd is a risk/reward type guy. He would rather take the safer route. That is Martinez IMO.

He'd pick Pacquiao because of the money that he'll eventually need anyways considering his life style.

Pac because the middleweight strap don't pay the bills. I think Floyd beats both by decision but Pac makes for a much more exciting fight

Uhhh Pac, considering they are in same division, I mean why the **** would either of these cats fight a middleweight, I mean they are great fighters but damn they aren't that great. Neither needs to fight this fight, if they hope to win. I think PBF's skill gives him a better chance, I guess, but neither need this fight.
