Floyd: "Fighting Sergio makes No Money"

Floyd is a superb athleticly gifted amateur/olympic style boxer. He never developed a well rounded P4P style where he could adjust to throw power shots. He has the great counters and footwork but lacks world class power and ability to change the tempo. He needs the fight to be a certain way and that is why he so cautiously picks his opp.
Even his one and only KO of the last 5 years was from an amateur style "Check" hook that ricky walked into. Manny on his toes moving while throwing punches would take away so many of Floyd's moves and Floyd can't punch while moving anywhere near that of Manny. I believe based on his guard he 100% ducks angle punchers that mix it up and can wrap around where you can't see.

 

this is just the latest incident in a string of similar incidents comming at very particular times in floyds career. you would have to be stupid or a ***** ( i know im being redundant) to not see a pattern.

it makes money because it's a Money May fight. The Mosley fight did 1.4mil not because of Mosley but because he was a legit threat to Floyd's "0". Mosley never did 1.4 not even against Oscar

Yes this is the best thing about the fight last night. Floyd was shitting a brick when Cotto and Margarito starting destroying guys he had to get past trouble to win a decision. it is probably just coincidence the self proclaimed greatest never fought the greatest fighters of his time in their prime.

If Floyd was considering fighting Pac he would have been at the fight and made a comment. The agressive guys that love to fight do that. You have to love to fight to beat a Manny or a Martinez. Floyd loves the money you can tell he wants to do as little as possible to get his victories. with that style you get claims of ducking non stop because u never will see that type of fighter vs dangerous guys. Yet that is what makes ppl love certain fighters the vulnaribility.
