his timing was terrible and he still landed a few handy shots that hurt chagaev. if meehan had been active i think chagaev would have been in trouble.

I don't agree. I'd like to see him in against a real fellow contender. So far he's done nothing at all that Eddie Chambers, Tony Thompson, Chris Arreolla or any number of the easter european contenders couldn't have done. Let's see if he's even as good as some of those guys. Personally, I don't think he is. I think he loses to most of the current boxrec top 15.

Note: I'm not endorsing the boxrec rankings. I, in fact, think the boxrec ranking system, whatever it is, is a big pile of horse****. I only threw that out there because it's a quick and easily accessible list of names that would give Haye hell if he ever fought in a real HW boxing match.

i don't think there is much interest in haye unless he fights a klit, adamek or david tua (haye wouldn't dare, everyone would watch to see haye get decapitated).

Yeah because him not landing punches and standing there getting jabbed in the face the entire Wlad fight, was terribly impressive. Nothing has change since then.
