Who ranks higher, Archie Moore or Manny Pacquiao?

manny pacquiao, he is better boxer,more balanced and simply (flyweight,super bantam,feather,super feather,light,ibo super light,welter, super welter)

manny pacquiao is better boxer and more balanced than moore and it is a fact. the nostalgic fanboys have simply "the reputation" of moore because he is old school. but manny has better chin, he is faster, he got better combinations, he has great hitting power, great heart... manny is much more balanced

You said Pacquiao has better power than Moore.... you do know that Moore has more KOs than nearly TRIPLE the total amount of fights Pacquiao has.
