I dont normally comment on these anti pac post but come on...you said that he doesnt fight the best in his division....

    when he was
flyweight - he fought the lineal champ
superbantam - beat a good title holder
featherweight - beat a barrera(lineal) who's last 5 opponents and wins were against hamed sanchez morales tapia kelley...not prime?? and then draw against marquez which not for a judge would be to pac...
superfeather - lost first fight at the weight to morales, then beat the same fighter 10 months later also beat larios solis barrera again , and finished with a battle against marquez which can be argued both ways. (anyone who you think he should have fought)
Lightweight - david diaz, first time at new weight, admittedly did not fight the best in the division
light welter - ricky hatton, considered best in division, you would probably slate him for not fighting him if he fought someone else. bradley kahn alexander not big enough names(maybe not the case now)
welter - beat the best bar mayweather, cotto clottey, who do you wnat him to fight?
light middle - best in division cotto, already beat, do you think anyone else in this division could beat him regardless of the weight. For that matter do you think any one would beat margarito or cotto in that division
middleweight - martinez, this is pushing it way to much, cant ask him to fight someone who will weigh more than 20lbs heavier than him on the night.

If you look back at people's records you could always say he should have fought him or him, but i personal believe that pac has fought what was available to him at every stage of his career.

Anyone who thinks he ducks people is ridiculous, even his resume post marquez barrera morales shits on most peoples.

While i still beleve that mayweathers technical proficiency may still be too much for pac ( watch mayweather fight in slow motion so you can really see how good his timing accuracy and reflexes are) you can not doubt that he is willing to fight anyone out there.

I just want Pac to fight Maynever and retire... Any other fighter is not worth it anymore.
I consider the Margarito fight not necessary but it still count as a history in boxing.
    Mosley? Too old and shot
    Cotto? Give us a break
    Berto? Who?
Marquez? Will shut up the haters but will be a total mismatch now. So no.
    Bradley? Who?
Williams? He just lost the Pac lottery
Martinez? Assuming Pac really wanted to fight him at 154 also Roach considering it. Why not? But still not a necessry bout.
Mayweather? Please make ellerbe choke out his balls.

David Diaz did KO the guy who should've beaten and gave major problems to Casamayor at 135. He's not exactly a pushover. Even Soto couldn't beat the guy easily.

Only in this era are fighters that aren't undefeated damaged good. Gotta love it.

You detractors have this all wrong. If you are true boxing fans and love the sport.

Ask Floyd to fight either Pac or Martinez then we'll all be happy.

It's not so much "avoiding" a middleweight champion that bothers me. It's his matchmaking decision that's a problem. If beating a C level big man is so incredible then why isn't Haye considered a legend for nearly knocking out a guy who outweighed him by almost 100 pounds? Pac's last two opponents are awful. However he plans to fight 3 more years so there's plenty of time for him to go for ideal matches. He can very well be the greatest of all time if he chooses his opponents wisely. He is a great fighter; there's no reason why he should be fighting someone who is two or three notches below his level of skill. He's done enough of that earlier in his career.

Funny how you always have to go to HW where things are different to prove a point (well you really didn't prove anything). Things don't work like that at HW.

Margarito wasnt a C-level opponent. Pacquiao has fought the best in every division and obviously a fight with Floyd has been in the works for awhile.

Calling his opponents damaged goods because they have losses is ****ing ridiculous. There is NOBODY other than mayweather that is undefeated. Pac fought Cotto and Quartey and Margarito, all big names at 147. They lost

He fought Hatton at 140 when Hatton was considered the premiere 140 pounder, Hatton lost

He beat Marquez and Barrera and Morales and Diaz at 130 and 135.

He took a fight with DLH when everyone, myself included, believed he was going to be destroyed. He ended DLH's career.

He hasnt avoided anyone and has made the biggest fights possible while fighting guys at the top of every weight class

Funny how Pac is always an exception to the rule. It's because he's immune to criticism, right? Explain to me why it's so entirely different. I'd like to hear your scientific explanation. To me the only difference is all HW's are lumped into one division. Valuev could have been fighting in the super super super heavyweight division if there was such.

I would have said 154 if I had heard that part. I have no idea what he would do. Depends on what other offers there are out there. We both know he'll get credit for beating Pac, but how much? He'd have still beaten a much smaller guy. DOn't know how much he cares about that though.

If he can make 154 alright, then that's one thing. I just find it curious he mentioned 156 first. Tells us something.

 Wow...are you that much of a pac hater you can't see the difference between comparing HWs with the rest? Or do you realy just not know much?

Or maybe you'd like to explain why there aren't weight division like 200-210, 211-215, 216-220, 221-230, etc...

    :patsch
