Probably just normal muscle pain experienced after hard training. Some athletes use an ice bath, but this is the first time I've heard of a freezer! Think it draws blood from your muscles to your body's core and helps flush out Lactic Acid, reducing soreness. Don't think I'd be brave enough for that myself!

Abraham committed to going aggressive from the start of the fight, i'v been waiting for him to embrace this philosophy for a few years now. I heard him say the same thing in a Fight Camp episode after Dirrell. Hope he does it.
