Ok, why would Haye fight Ruiz then?

He isn't saying the fight should be on another station or that ARD would even win. What they are asking for, is that ARD are allowed to bid for it. If RTL are the biggest station, they'd win any bid, so what's the issue?

I think it's probably contractual between Sauerland and ARD. I imagine they have a deal whereby ARD must get a chance to show any Sauerland promoted fight.

That is evidence of SLOW punchindg and foot speed from Valuev.
Ruiz is really old and still hit Haye with few good right hands.

Yes ARD has an exclusive promotional agreement with Sauerland. Remember Sauerland was raising hell when the Klits made an offer for a Wlad/Valuev unification to be broadcast on RTL. Sauerland said that would break his contract with ARD and he has to demand for all Valuev fights to be shown on ARD.

That's how the fight fell apart. Maybe its similar with Haye now.

Watch 38 year old over-the-hill Ruiz land a couple double jabs and "Mr. Elusive" Haye ate them like a trooper

I'm just wondering how Haye hopes to avoid 100% of Wlad's jabs

It looks that way. If it is the case, I can understand Boente saying "Let's wait until the Sauerland deal is over".

It is entirely possible that ARD need to have a chance of buying the rights to the fight, and RTL need to have the guaranteed rights. In which case, it would be neither camps fault the fight hasn't happened yet. The deals K2 and Sauerland signed may be so limited that the fight is impossible to make.

Haye beat valuev with a broken right hand-fact.

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3fsXZLwjx0[/ame] 5 mins 15 secs in.

Haye beat his mandatory ruiz with 4 weeks without sparring-fact!.

Wlad is fighting derick chisora and has the cheek to criticse haye fighting harrison for a lot of money and winning in devasting fashion in round 3(and choosing his round to win his people money!)

how much does wlad get for fighting chisora, who even knows chisora or wlad in the Uk or anywhere outside of germany?.

how many rounds will wlad clinch and also lean back and jab jab jab ,left hand right hand combo chisora till he gets so bored and beat up he gives up and then the announcer wakes the crowd up by telling them wlad beat a nobody again in boring style!.

Even people in germany know who Haye is!.

So what you're saying is that Haye and Boothe signed a contract with Sauerland knowing full well that this would put a stop to a possible Klitschko fight for as long as it takes for him to work off 3 options? Everything Haye has done up to this point has served to make sure this fight DOES NOT happen.

Fights he wasnt even up for.

The best version of Haye in top condition will show up against Wlad and that means one thing,

    Wlad is losing, badly.

    Cant wait. :smoke
