I agree and he ducked everybody. he has also become a one handed puncher and throws few combinations and has a glass jaw. He makes all little guys come up in weight to fight him and waits till everyone is old.
Why didnt he fight Cotto in 2000-2003? Why didn't he knockdown JMM like the #1 P4P Floyd.

Nobody cares about Manny and he is just another foreign hype job that will be forgotten in a year. I could get 8 diff titles right now if i wanted to.
He just fit the African American prototype and HBo ran with it.

He didn't do much at 135 but he has done all right above 140 i reckon it's a solid resume.Not great but no one is perfect maybe except Floyd.Moving up in several weight categories is not an easy thing to do homie.Ask any 112-126 er ask Darchinyan, Marquez or Morales to do it and at 31 his longetivity is good hey....he is not shot before 30 so........

But these wars will catch up to him..Be nice to use that washed up weight gained excuse one day he is 32 in december but not SHOT yet.But i see it in his legs not far off from being past prime and SHOT IMO.

Mannys resume is almost completely devoid of top fighters at the top of their game in their best form. However, the first Barrera win wa fantastic and should not be taken away from him

and his losing performances against JMM very extremely impressive. He's a terrific fighter, but youre right, hugely, criminally overrated. He could make a believer out of me if he steps up and fights Sergio at a decent weight, but thats not going to happen is it? Hes a coward, a hypejob and a shitbag

Manny is undoubtedly an ATG.

What number or how high is up to you - but you really made a better case at highlighting why he is amazing rather than detract.

 

Manny would beat them all. He does not get respect on ESB for his boxing ability. Watch his movement, footwork always on his toes always able to throw even when moving. He can place shots, change them in mid air he is all visual. He has the best trainer fighter chemisty of any of the names you mentioned and throws the best most meaningful combinations. he can box, go to war, hit u with punches you can't see.

Trinidad has a great hook but it would be neutralized by Manny's movement and speed. SRL pot shots and Hagler is strong as **** but Manny has one of the best chins at WW he is unbreakable and too determined to let anybody get the best in an exchange.

Maybe boxing was better back then but no fighter was better.
