mayweather would be fighting martinez??? pac is the easier fight, better for his lagacy and makes a **** load more money
He just fought a 165lb man who is taller and longer than Martinez, weigh isn't the issue here, either is height, it's an excuse to not fight him because of hand speed and skill. Fact is when you step into the 154lb weight division and collect the title of that weight division, you're big enough for that weight division. *******s are just coming up with their typical excuses, like Pac was weight drained vs Marquez, Pac had blood drawn vs. Morales 1 etc.

I have to agree with this, to an extent. At first, I said why should Pac (or Mayweather) have to fight a JMW/MW to prove anything? And I do still feel that way, for the most part. But, they made their own bed, with that 150 lb sham, from a couple of weeks ago. I say "sham" in the sense that they brought a WW up to 150lbs just so they could have Pac compete for an 8th title. It was entertaining, but, mostly smoke and mirrors, in terms of its significance. And then when a worthy JMW/MW shows up, he's turned down. Yet, you know they would make that rematch with Cotto, at 154, with no issues. They cracked his code already. It would be an easy fight for Pac, at any weight.
You are on point here. I found it odd they turned down Yuri Foreman, because, he is "too tall", then took on Margarito, in the same division, and he is almost exactly the same size as Foreman. The only real difference in what these two fighters bring to the table is SKILL. Foreman moves and boxes, Margarito is a slow plodder.
