I find really annoying how many haters claim that Pacman only fought boxers that are tailor made for him. He fought Morales, Barrera and Marquez, does this mean that this three amigos from Mexico did not have skills to present danger to Pacman. What do you guys think, by the way this is my first thread. Take it easy on me, okay :p:p:p

IMO, After those 3 the rest were handpicked carefully.

Who says they all were? That would be impossible, it would mean Pac handles all styles because he's that spectacular. That's only part of the truth, though.

So, if they are handpicked as you might say. How come some other boxer in current time did not try to go up in weight and fight the guys that they can easily beat.
I mean he is fighting guys that are way bigger than him and yet he make them look ordinary. You have to respect that, right. Name me a fighter, current one, that would emulate Pacquiao transition as fighting bigger guys and make them look old and slow and make a legend out of doing that.

    Exactly right.

People are always willing to play down the achievements of Pacquiao, especially those who seek to feel better about their hero Floyd Mayweather, but in doing so, they conveniently forget that a) Manny continues to challenge himself by going up in weight (and always ends up making his opposition look ordinary) and b) he has taken fights where it's decidedly unclear as to whether or not he'll win, such as the Barrera, Marquez and Morales fights.

He's a superstar, no one can question it.

Floyd ducked Morales and Barrera. He knew even they are small, he cannot beat them.

i seriously believe that if the size difference between pac and martinez were not too much to hurdle, pac would be fighting him. fighting someone skilled of the same sized is already an ordeal, what more if you are outsize 20 lbs or so right?

    lol

    Yeah.

Then ask yourself, who else, other than Floyd can actually beat Pacquiao from 147 down? All styles every styles, Pacquiao will be the betting favorite, and most likely none of you will bet your large money on whoever else he fights.
