Even the playing field!? Manny put on his big boy pants and went to 154. Now he's too small for it? :patsch

Who said Pacquiao has to go up to 155?

You see *******, when Floyd fought Oscar at his natural weight, even though FLoyd was barely a welterweight, weighing 146 against Zab Judah, he still fought Oscar at 154, and came in at 150, while giving up over 10lbs.

There is nothing that says Pacquiao would have to come in at 155. He can do what he did against Margarito, weigh the same maintain his speed.

Really. When Pac fought Oscar, Floydies kept saying Pac was the bigger man physically that night, although Oscar was clearly the bigger man. :huh

See ****** you finally admit it. Pacquiao looks great dancing around punching bags with multiple losses already who've already been destroyed like Margarito, but you admit he wouldnt look good against a guy who could actually move.

The weights not unreasonable, the skill of the fighter is.

Btw, ******, Martinez fought MOST of his career at 147. He had a few fights at 154 and 2 middleweight fights, neither of which did he make 160.

pac fought margo at that weight just to get the vacant title and the weight diff is too big that margo almost knocked him down with a body shot. pac is a natural light welter and should not be fighting beyond 147.

Also, before sergio knocked williams, roach already said that they are not fighting above 147.

I guaran ****ing tee that if Sergio looked bad against williams, Roach would have been demanding a fight against sergio.

Its all opportunity with Manny's camp. Floyd fights the highest selling fighter of the day. Regardless. Which makes great fights because usually a top selling guy is winning. Manny's team makes fights against guys who are coming off of losses or were stopped sometime in their last 3 fights.

So you're saying that he cherry picked in order to win a bogus, vacant title?

If you're saying that the 8th weight world title is bogus, then I'd agree with you, because it is a bogus belt that only rabid nuthuggers and casual fans will think of as legitimate.

But if you are saying that Pacquiao is ducking Martinez because Martinez is slick, fast and skilled, I would have to disagree because you're forgetting that Martinez is slick, fast, skilled AND huge (compared to Pac). And out of all those attributes that Martinez has, it's idiotic to think that the size advantage isn't the biggest factor on why the fight won't be made.

All the same, the Margo fight was a good win for Pac because it showed that he had the speed, skill and power to dominate someone who, while slow, had a huge size advantage and is relentless in his attack. That's still pretty good in my book
