Manny's fast like Joe Calzaghe was fast

Just throws heaps of combos, against guys without the skills to send anything back

Manny and Roach have just changed their tune now a fight is possible. Talking themselves up. Who wouldn't.

I'll quote Manny from 12 months ago:

"Floyd is a hard fight. I've beaten a lot of big, powerful guys, but he's also smart and fast".

That's what annoys me about Pacquiao fans.

    There is no logic.

They just spew out reflex comments, based on nothing but blind faith.

Floyd's only taken 111 shots in his last 3 fights.

You're just not going to outpoint him

very good post man, now im a mayweather fan but also a fan of pacquioa, im wondering whether aging on behalf of mayweather, ring rust and all his outside life commitments at this moment of time would affect his training. but based on 2 very hardworking boxing athletes; i'd give it to mayweather and i wont be suprised if he takes the fight to pacquioa to put him on the backfoot, where in my opinion mayweathers ring generalship will make pacman look amateurish, but of course pacquioa has power to hurt any body IF he lands flush.

No mention of defense, accuracy, timing, jab, footwork, reach/height. The writer doesn't know much about boxing

I always thought Manny's 5 or 6 punch combo armed with a KO power punch will somehow hit the target and knocks down floyd between round 4 and 10. with pac's hands always working on the double, with his good chin to match floyd's counterpunches, it is almost certain floyd receives a couple of serious blows, slows him down around the 8th or 9th round, then who knows he might get on his knees

Judging from the ESPN analysis, I say the edge was clearly in pac's favor. the keys elements in putting an early stoppage such as punching power, durability, and determination was given to pac while speed, experience, stamina, both are even. versatility and tech soundness, floyd has the upper hand. So if I was working on pac's corner, I would work on early stoppage. put so much pressure on floyd. pac will catch a lot of counter punches yes but one luck punch on floyd is all pac needs. I won't allow the fight to reach the scorecards.
