Bugner of the early/mid seventies versus the Bruno of the late eighties/early nineties.

The Bruno that fought Lewis would always be too good for the ''I'm just glad to be here'' Bugner.

true if bugner had fought more often as he did in the frazier fight he would i think be viewed as a very dangerous opponent for bruno in this match up

I can see Bruno making the early running, certainly. Bugner would be capable of coming from behind and stopping an exhausted Bruno, though.

Can't see that happening. It took Frank eight rounds to stop the old flabby version of Bugner.

Bugner is underrated IMO. Can't see Bruno stopping a prime JB. I think it's a distance fight and Bugner ekes out a decision.

A prime Bugner would be a very hard fight for the best Bruno.

Personally I think Bruno takes it but only late.

Bugner to survive into the later rounds and stop a tired Bruno late on. If it was not only a prime, but also an in the mood for it Bugne.r
