i was surprised myself tbh, i'd only just given williams credit a few days earlier for being one of the few american fighters out there that wasn't a hypejob. now his chin has been ferociously cracked open and i'm not sure all the pieces will ever glue back together :think

best airport to come to is doncaster robinhood airport jpab and the best place to get me would be at brendan ingles wincobank gym thurs 6-7 or sat 2-4pm :bbb

let me know the dates you can make it and i'll warm up on my way to the gym by randomly beating up innocent pensioners :happy

once inside, i will use your head as a speedball demonstration in front of the juniors and amateurs :vonnecunt

would be nice if you could arrive with a return ryanair flight ticket with your campsite address on it so i know what address to return the bodybag too :dunnowha:

    The pensioner bit is gold.

Anyway, back in character. Unfortunately there are no flights from Dublin to Doncaster. The closest airport is Leeds/Bradford. Could you recommend any hotels in the area? Or maybe I could stay in yours? Trash-talk will recommence as soon as I find out all the details.

    Family.

Fight parties were it. All the women and kids upstairs. All the men downstairs. When you finally got the invite, "You gonna come down?" You had become a man.

Yep -- I was 7 years old, but back then everybody watched boxing. We argued endlessly on the school bus and play ground over that fight. It was my very first correct fight pick.

Same. The hype for Hatton-May was unreal, every one of my friends were talking about it, and none were really arsed about the sport. I got completely sucked in after that

My first boxing experience ever was when I was 13 yo (14 years ago).
I was in 2nd class high school and we went to the local boxing gym with all 2nd years classes.
I remember I was the only one who had control over the double end bag by carefully punching against it with straight punches so it came back straight. The trainer looked at me approvingly. When afterwards he told all of us that there are definately a few talents among us he looked at me and I knew I was among them.
I punched myself to death on the heavybag that day.

It was not untill 4 years later when I went back there and really started.
DLH (a.o. (Hopkins, Barrera, Pacquiao)) was the fighter that really propelled my liking for the sport x10.
