Floyd brings in more PPV revenue than Pacquiao...fact.

:thumbsup, his popularity overseas does not translate to PPV revenue.

, whose guaranteed $7 million will be more than three times less than Mayweather's."

    Do the math.

So what you're sayin is that you agree that Mosley only deserved 20%?

    Get the **** outta here.

Why did Mosley vs Mayweather do so much better than Marquez vs Mayweather?

Pacquiao supposedly "gave into all of Floyds demands ". Was the money split 60/40 or 55/45?

Chimba, this is a rather lame argument that is used in excess around here. Because facts are discussed and debated, anyone who doesn't agree with the nuthugging popular position is immediately accused of not wanting to see the fight.

Pac does not deserve 50% based on economics. This is fact.

This also has nothing to do with what I or anyone else "wants".

Is it that hard to understand?

Total revenue is what matters when determining which PPV events are more valuable. PPV is just one readily available measure of that total pie. Total revenue, the sum $$$ total an event generates (not just what HBO generates) ultimately determines which fighter is in more demand. PAC is in more demand than Floyd....he is the draw. Floyd should be happy he gets 50%. If you got more people talking about you fight, than more people would want you to fight than the other guy. Trust me, Nike would rather have a Pac fight anyday, its a boon to their bottom line. They automatically have a captive market of 100's of millions snatching up Pac gear.
