PBF would have been crucified for fighting Clottey, and there is also no way Clottey would have ever beaten him. A slick mover with fast hands is too much for Clottey, period.

How would Clottey punsh Mosley exactly? By throwing his usual 10 punches a round??

Mosley takes that one, even at this stage, and I like Clottey.

JMM would not lose to Hatton.

So, Clottey didn't get destroyed and some people thought Clottey won, so now when Pac beat him, people write it off. And I don't by into the myth that Cotto and Marg was done, neither one of them fought like it and they were both in tremedous shape, Pac just made them look ordinary.

I didn't say anything about Hatton and hatton wasn't pac's last 3. And shane don't throw no punches to beat Clottey he'd be a sitting duck and Clottey broke Judah down and in shape Judah with more speed, he'd do worst to the washed version of Mosley. Remember a younger Mosley couldn't beat Winky, who also had a turtle defense, bad style matchup for Mosley.

Winky was much bigger and more active than Clottey. Shane's handspeed would see him through.

Margarito or Cotto would have no chance to beat Floyd, just like they had no chance to beat Pac either.

What about MArgo makes you really think he could beat Floyd? I mean, seriously?

None of this covers the point that while Floyd has only had three fights since 2007, Pacquiao fought and outperformed PBF with their common opponents.

It's not Pac's fault MAB was getting on, Diaz had the title, DLH chose to eat Deer meat or that Clottey was coming off of a loss.

News flash Floyd fans - People who take tough fights and loose don't always loose respect or their position in life - Sugar Ray Leonard for one example.

You obviously don't follow any other styles than Floyds.

Winky had Shanes number. Too big too.

Clottey is a big Welterweight with a granite chin and he has a great defense. He's a good counter puncher and he can fight going forwards or backwards, his legs are better than the Winky that Shane fought. Throwing punches don't mean nothing if you can't hit the target and Shane doesn't throw a lot of punches no more.(neither does your boy Floyd) He would try to load up power shots and make it a brawl and Clottey would eat him up. Clottey would be tough for anybody, pac beat him because if his enorous punch output and speed. And he's a complete fighter but even he had trouble hitting him clean.

Clottey is also a naturally bigger man than Shane.

Clottey is not as big as Winky, not AT ALL. (Let's see how Clottey does at 160, where Winky ended up). He also doesnt throw alot of punches, he is very economical (this was evident before the Pac fight, and was often a knock against him).

The man can fight, no question, and I dont discredit Pac for fighting him, but it was a fight no one wanted to see.

Shane will throw punches when there is a target and Clottey has not side to side motion or lateral movement whatsoever.
His jab is good, but not consistent enough.

Shane didnt throw alot of punches at Floyd because he did not have a target. Floyd is the best defensive fighter in the game, and EVERYONE who fights him sees thier punch output lowered.

Shane is more fleet of foot, has faster hands, and more explosive power. I dont think he destroys Clottey or stops him, but he would win a competitive, but clear, decision.

But he isnt as tall as Winky. And Winky would have to kill himself to ever make 147, which is Clottey's career weight.
