Dude, Zab is a mental weakling who was about to get stopped by both Floyd and Clottey.

If he had not punched Floyd in the nuts, Floyd was going to stop him. And dont mention Zab and Floyd in the same sentence. Zab is fast, but mentally weak, and his chin is VERY suspect.

He is also naturally smaller than Clottey and Mosley.

And Margo had a hurt shoulder in the Clottey fight, which he said in the pst fight interview, so they were both fighting with "injuries".

You have NO idea how to analyze fights. It's unclear why you keep trying to use Judah fights to make your point in this thread.

Because Pac beat him, he is the most dangerous man in the world now, capable of beating any boxer into smithereens.

Man, this guy should just stop talking about Clottey. Clottey has lost his biggest fights repeatedly and will continue to do so if he gets more shots in the big leagues.

Question is : Is Floyd Mayweather the most overrated WW ever in the history of boxing?
Worst WW resume ever. I won't touch Floyd at 130 or 135 but WW resume is horrific.
Manny already owns him w/o stepping in the ring.

Cotto made a good tactical adjustment, that's why he came back in that fight. Clottey is defensive fighter, so he isn't gonna throw a lot of punches, but he's very accurate.

And your right, Judah and mosley fight nothing alike but Judah when he fought Clottey was at his best and Clottey kept up with his speed, Judah also gave Mayweather a harder time than Mosley. Mosley didn;t even look good in the beginning of their fight even before he landed that big shot that almost floored Mayweather. And the only fighter that mosely beat that stands front of you where he can tee of with was Marg, and Marg doesn't have Clottey's skills, or defense, big difference. Clottey is also a better techinical fighter than Marg. He wouldn't be landing on Clottey like that and he Mosley is a washed up fighter right now to beat someone like that. In his prime it would be different but right now, he'd get his ass whooped.

I'd be willing to bet you've seen no more than four Floyd Mayweather fights start to finish. I could probably even name them.

Floyd vs. Judah/Oscar/Hatton/Mosley, if I had to bet. If I got to pick an alternate, it would be the Judah fight for the Marquez fight.

    Mayweather
    1. Mosley: At the time the third best boxer in the world
    2. Marquez: At the time the third best boxer at least in the world
    3. Hatton: Considered to be the best boxer in the weight below. Had fought with secuess at 147 before hand.
    Pacquiao
    1. Margarito: Overrated is a human punching bag that punches back.
    2. Clottey: Human punching bag that dose not punch back. Best known for his losses to Margarito and Cotto.
    3. Cotto. He has a very good Jab and Hook. He's not terrible, but he's not great either.

Mayweather fought in Mosley a boxer/puncher, in Marquez a counter puncher and in Hatton a brawler. Three diffrent styles. Pacquiao fought guys who were there to be hit.

The answer to the question is Pacquiao has fought more tailor made oppoents than Mayweather has.

Zab was beating Mayweather in his fight, Zab don't got no stamina though. And Zab is also faster than Floyd. If Zab had better stamina and mental focus, he would of beat Floyd.

And no, I don't base Clottey's skills off of Pac beating him, I base it off the faqct that he's pretty much gave every good welterweight of this era A TOUGH FIGHT and should won some of them.

Pac has had exactly 3 fights at welterweight:

Clottey, Cotto, and DLH, who has not fought at 147 in 7 years.

    PBF fought

Mosley - #1 ranked Welterweight at the time, and former lineal champion.
    Judah - Former Lineal Champion
Baldomir - Lineal Champion at the time
Hatton - a fight the fans demanded, and the lineal 140lb champ who was undefeated.
JMM - Lineal 135 lb champ at the time, but way above the weight he should be fighting at.

So 1 guy coming off of a loss, another titlist fighting at a catchweight, and a Junior middleweight who had not fought at 147 since the early part of the decade trump 2 former lineal champions, and 3 current lineal champions?

    How so?

Closer than i thought it would be. Perhaps there is hope that common sense will win the day. I'm not holding my breath though.

Did you just say that Judah was at his best against Clottey? Judah hasn't been at his best in years.

Of course Judah gave Floyd a harder time than Mosley. Do you have ANY idea how to analyze styles?

Why are you calling Clottey more skilled than Rockgloves when Rockgloves actually beat Clottey and Clottey has lost all of his biggest fights? I mean, for all that the Tijuana Punching Bag lacks, he actually has better wins than Clottey.

I'm out for the night, but you should really review your notes and do some more research. Clottey is no where close to elite.

    1. If Zab had better stamina and mental focus he would've beaten Floyd? Why not give him four arms too and make him Goro?

    2. Yawn. Same old story. Clottey losing his biggest fights with excuses at the ready. Wake me up when Clottey actually wins a top level fight.
