To all of you who believe pac is using Peds, where do think pac would be right now if he didn't use them? How would you rate his level, how much do you think peds helped him achieve what he has done in boxing?

I dont think he is on PEDs but I would never put my hands in fire for somebody I don't personally know.

 

Just look at Bobby Pacquiao and him. There are like nite and day. He probably be as good as Bobby, or a little bit better.
