Theres a awful lot of fitness work youve put yourself through - just since the beginning of this thread - and your still some time off from your fight. Makes you appriciate how much hard work and how fit you have to be to be a pro boxing - hardening that body in the gym and roadwork. Keep the video updates coming............
Yes but mainly high intensity stuff.... Its not helping me too much to be honest thats why i've opted more for circuits and sprints.

Tuesday 23rd November Poor diet day- comfort eating after a shitty mark at UNI followed by 2 rounds shadow 1 round bag 4 rounds sparring ton up circuit Felt a bit **** to be honest- working on head movement. Not getting enough done in the gym. Need to get my good head back on..., Little blip but I know what I'm going to do. Become a champion- Back to hard work and discipline tomorrow because thats what I do, and i'll get eaxactly what I deserve.
