Rober Garcia "'No doubt in my mind Pacquiao is the best"

There is no doubt in my mind that Pacquiao is the best fighter in the world," Garcia said, and continued, "Margarito was well prepared. We thought he was strong enough to pull it off, but that didn't happen, but we fought the best. We fought the best and I'm proud about what Margarito accomplished in that fight."


Just like all of Pacquiao's previous opponents say, Garcia credited Pacquiao's speed as the main element that led to his victory. "He was just too fast. He's very, very fast. We knew he was fast, but being in there in front of him, the speed that he's got, it's just unbelievable. His speed, his reflexes; he's a tremendous counter puncher. He throws 3,4,5-punch combinations and lands them all. He had almost 50% of all his punches landing. That's unbelievable. He's just something you'll probably never see in quite a while."


Garcia also commended Pacquiao for his gesture outside the ring after the fight. "Manny Pacquiao is not only a tremendous fight, he also has a tremendous heart. He's very humble, very good person. He came to the dressing room after the fight, came and gave everybody a hug, gave Margarito a hug, gave his wife a hug, gave me a hug, He's great people."
