Morales had lost to Barrera, and Pac fought Morales regardless. Oscar Larios got KOd by Israel Vazquez and Pac fought Larios regardless. Pac has had a habit of fighting fighters that are coming off loses.

bernie4366 is right. Bobby was more braver for fighting tough contenders like Humberto Soto. Pac, basically, used his brother-Bobby as a "sacrificial lamb" and fed him to Soto, while Pac cowardly sat at ringside, seeing his owbn brother take the sacrfice. Then afterwards, Soto stood at the ropes and pointed his glove at Pac and challenged Pac to a future fight, but Pac cried and chickened-out, and ducked Soto from there on.
