If you've read boxing news the last 2-3 years, you would know that Soto has called out Pac, JMM, MAB, EM and so many others and they all ducked him.

JMM has been in news recently saying he wants to fight Morales, Robert Guerrero, Pac, maybe Khan, but he never mentions Soto, cause he's scared of Soto.
