Lewis was well past his best and not very well prepared for a absolute prime Vitali, and still turned his face into a roadkill inside 6 rounds.

how many rounds do you reckon Vitali, and Wlad would have lasted against say the Lewis of Rahman 2, Golata, Ruddock, Holyfield 1, Tua, Grant, Morrison.

Wlad 2, Vit 4 in my opinion.

as an aside .. am I alone in thinking Tommy Morrison would have detatched Wlads brain from its senses ?

not all brits are like that i think lewis is overrated and i fancy a fully prepared vitali beat a prime lewis and wlad as long as he doesnt get caught would beat him as well.

No chance it's 50/50. Lewis would spark him.

Lewis would win in 4 rounds at most.

Delusional Europeans thinking the Klits are worth the effort.

I think both would be more then capable of beating Lewis. But their weaknesses would lead to both been stopped.

    Would have been exciting fights.

Vitali's loss to Byrd made an earlier meeting of Vitali with Lewis impossible as HBO pulled the plug on him as he quit. Too bad really.

Even now Wlad looks stiff and predictable compared to an on-form Lennox Lewis. Wlad's inherent caution sees that even glass-jawed, feather-fisted fighters are more or less guaranteed to last until the final third of the fight. Against Lewis, this would be his undoing - Torn between knowing that attack is his only real chance of winning and defense his only chance of avoiding a big shot for the duration of the contest, he'd end up getting stopped.

Vitali causes Lewis some difficulty, but it's for a round or two against a peak version - People forget that he was badly hurt and hanging on for dear life in their real bout. Against a Lennox Lewis unburdened by rust and a complete lack of motivation, he finds himself clubbed to the canvas and stopped by a merciful official within six rounds.

The interesting part would be how Lennox would cope fighting two guys who both easily outjab him. Lennox has to tools to overcome that adversity but it would be very interesting while it lasts IMO.

Lennox was a touch shorter at 6 4" but had reach advantage over both brothers, he also had the right hand to obliterate Wlad, and the skills, jab, and horrible streak to ruin Vit.

Vitali about the same time I would say it's just Lennox would have got hit less. Wlad would be out of there fairly early as soon as Lennox lands a right hand counter after one of his endless jabs

******ed topic, severe cuts are not something that are inflicted at will, it takes a lot of luck as well as other variables.
