The classic three to start with are Armstrong, Marciano and Pryor. Rocky unloaded around 100 punches in round 15 of Charles I, a stunning close for a heavyweight. Pryor averaged that for an entire fight in Arguello I. Armstrong's large heart resulted in an abnormally low resting rate. With his genetics, he could have been a champion triathlete.

Jimmy Young has got to be way, way up there. Tremendous stamina and determination to never let fights get close, no matter what the risk. The true definition of an ATG volume puncher. If he wasn't grinding you down to a TKO, he was winning a wide UD on the cards.

Not to mention the raw concussive power behind every punch.

He even knocked down BIG GEORGE FOREMAN!

Good, yes. I too am tired of those aforementioned haters, drinking their haterade and thinking I'm talking about Aaron Pryor VS Larry Holmes and Young wasn't a brutal puncher. They're just trippin'. Plain and simple. Haters gonna hate. :deal

Joe Frazier had an immense work-rate. He was an unrelenting juggernaut for every minute of every round. Definitely has to be up there with the likes of Henry Armstrong and Aaron Pryor.

Active fighters: Manny Pacquiao, Paul Williams

    P. Dub was great at flailing his arms about. The Martinez rematch was merely a fluke.

I can feel Bodhi's German rage from a mile away.

You're not wrong. He's a bit of a freak, all things considered. I blame Chernobyl.

Marciano and Armstrong should be on everybody´s list.

I´ll throw in Lou Ambers, Harry Greb, Beau Jack, Fighting Harada.
