In my mind Rigo won 8 rounds. I think Cordoba was a decent fighter. Cant understand he lost to Dunne on k.o and only draw against Sydorenko. I mean if you beat Caballero....

Those draws were actually very generous to Cordoba (his countryman owns the WBA). The first was drawish but Sidorenko clearly got the better of Maestrito in the rematch. Vladimir is a very good and overlooked fighter, top quality but never was able to draw so there were no real powers behind him at the scores. No shame in losing to Moreno, in close fights. I'm very excited to see what he can do vs. Donaire.

Cordoba lost to Munroe because he was drawn into an all-out war and by the 9th he was spent. It was Dunne's career-defining fight, he peformed outside of his abilities.

Hope Rigo make some changes in his style, or he might find himself losing fights the same way Casamayor did. Casamayor was surprised that he did not get the verdict against Freitas and others. Judges in pro and judges in amateurs are different.

Good to see Quiones get his soon. Still waiting for Yuniesky Gonzalez and Kadel Luis.
Gonzales should be a interesting cruiser , he was nr 2 i Cuba. Both came 10 months ago.

    Probably old news:

Perez and Collado/Acosta aren't going to be fighting on the December card in Dublin according to BoxRec.

Caballero lost his fight at 130,Hasegawa stepped up from 118 to 126 and beat Burgos for wbc title. Could he be interesting for Gamboa,Lopez and John ?

Hasegawa is one of the best 15 fighters today P4P, and was a great BW. He brough most of his southpaw magic up, but lost some speed and snap and looks undersized, also a bit easier to hit. But it was his first fight coming from a TKO loss, jumping 2 divisions and facing an unbeaten, hard hitting top ranked contender and won by wide decision, so he's a very worthy addition to this great division. He needs another fight or two to completely grow into 126, but he'll do fine, just don't expect domination.
