Was he next on the super six poster. Going from right to left they had all left the tournament. Ward is last who most people think will win anyway.

Bute signed for Showtime recently, so it could be done I think.

Froch shouldnt have to fight Johnson now. Hes won 2 and lost 1 closely, hes earned his place. If Abraham doesnt want a rematch then Froch should just get a bye, and Ward should fight Johnson.

No way should Froch have a tougher route from here than Ward. Froch fought Kessler just like Ward did, he fought Dirrell, where Ward didnt, and then Abraham while Ward takes on Bika in a non-tourney match.

Froch has earned the respect of everyone tonight, he has bargaining power, and he wont let himself get bent over backwards by other promoters anymore.

I think it's fair to say it was a bit of both actually. He was pretty beaten up, took a lot to the body, and that jab found a home all the time.

That's correct but Froch-Johnson would be a very entertaining fight.

Also theres a high chance of Bute beating Ward, and Johnson could pull something off against Froch.

If Bute-Johnson was the final, the tournament would mean practically nothing.

Hershman and co. have done well to keep it running, but if AA quits they should just wrap it up with Froch-Ward, at least then the Super 6 has some integrity and will be remembered.

It would be but Froch now deserves a bit of recognition.

Telling him to fight Johnson would be a backwards step in my opinion, as much as I like the road warrior.

I think some people lack the mental capacity and/or intelligence to show people respect.

AA couldnt get past Froch's jab its a simple as that, props to any fighter for getting in the ring I say.

Seems that the "King" was really a *****.

It's easy to be king when everything is going your way.

When push comes to shove, that's when you gotta show character and mental toughness.

He should man the **** up.

I agree. You can't simply win one fight and then advance to the final.

It should be Froch v Ward, in a neutral country

Might as well cause he has no chance at all to win this. I thought he wasn't a quitter though.:huh When the going gets tough, the real AA shows up.

The official Showtime broadcast is in twenty minutes. Once the replay of Froch-Abraham is complete, let's hear what the actual Showtime people have to say about contingencies for the rest of the tournament (and if they comment on Abraham supposedly saying he would quit in an interview).
