I have always been impressed with Berto. And Slick Boxer with speed, athleticism, movement and power. How many young fighters once they fight a southpaw, do extremely well. Berto Just fought 3 Southpaws in a row, and the only one he had difficulty with is the Southpaw that was a faster of the 3, the better boxer of the 3 and the craftier veteran of the 3 Lefties he fought. And with each Southpaw he faced....he just got better. Close win over Collazo, Out-classed Urango and stopped Quintana. Sure his win over Collazo was close and somewhat controversial....So yeah, let's all vilify him for getting a close/controversial win, because we all know that has never happened before in the history of Boxing...Not Floyd, Not Pacquiao, Not Mosley, Not Tito, Not Oscar...and more:-(.

And whats beyond hilarious and the confirmation of Idiots in ESB is the constant rant of..."I hope he fights Pacquiao so he'll get exposed as a BUM"...REALLY? Losing to the #1 P4P fighter is not getting exposed. Question...Was Pacquaio fighting the #1 P4P fighter in the world within his first 26 fights?
Thats like seeing a really good High School Basketball Player then saying, If he played 1-on-1 with Kobe he'll get exposed.....REALLY?:-(

Why is it that "certain" fighters have to fight KING KONG AND JESUS CHRIST within their 20 fights while others get moved along Slow-ass hell (Lemieux, Chavez Jr...and more) Kelly Pavlik was 31-0 went he fought Taylor. While Taylor already had 2 fights with Hopkins, Wright, Raul Marquez, Cory Spinks and Kasim Ouma all within 26 fights. We had 2 fighters enter in the SUPER 6 with less than 20 fights. Look I get it...you don't like Berto. But MAN-THE-****-UP...and stop hiding behind calling him a bum. STRAIGHT BULL****!!!!!

In terms of sheer, unadulterated handspeed, I suspect that Berto is actually faster than Pac. However, Pac, in my opnion, blows Berto out.

He's only been down once against Rivera..

Estrada hit him a ton and was unable to flinch Berto..

At this point, Berto dominates Shane Mosley.

I wish Pac, for one moment, could show us he has a mind of his own and refuses a Mosley offer from Arum.

I´m sure Floyd is not finding the URGE anytime soon. So Marquez or Berto next for Pac please.

He was down against quintana. Hurt all over the place agains Collazo. Who isnt a powerful man.

To me Bertos chins ok average. His problem is the lack of movement and footwork and wide wide punches leaving himself defenseless. He loves to stand toe to toe as well. Cant box for ****.

Berto is not ****ing slick. There is nothing defensive or cute about his fighting style. Just because he's black doesn't mean that he has that "slick" quality.

    This.

His defense is suspect, and that makes me think that Pacquiao would win. However it would be fun to watch, and likely more competitive than Pac's other recent, cherry-picked opponents.

I think that Berto's next move should be Cotto, however with Arum trying to make a Margarito vs. Cotto rematch I doubt he'll get it.

Ruled a slip, but yeah, I hear you on that. He was definitely stunned by what looked like a legal punch.
