    He's done well to make it as far as he has. He's no top contender, but there's nothing wrong with that. I don't see the point in dissing a guy who's fighting for a paycheck just because he's doing it in his brother's shadow.

    na he should have a couple of big domestic fights i.e. witter, jennings, brook etc

    Hatton's not good, and I think he's about reached his ceiling at this point, but on resume he's certainly a top 20 welterweight right now. I don't see him beating Kell Brook though. And even old Junior Witter has a decent shot at beating him. And yes, I've seen each of his last 7 or so fights, including a couple that were on RTE instead of Sky.

    witter is on the slide tho and his knee injury and age wont help him moving around and firing shots from weird angles and his power was never truly all that

    IF matthew had a punch it could be a close fight - still think Junior would be faviourte but at this stage it might not be a forgone conclusion

    i put him 50/50 vs witter. and a big underdog vs brook. the truth is he is only a couple of victories away from a solid top ten ranking.
