I would let bob arum answer that question and we all know which way he would go on that one. Bottom line here is pacquiao will fight who bob arum tell him to fight and in this case i highly doubt it is berto.

He has DLH on his resume but what does that mean really? Most considered DLH pretty close to the end of his career and physical peak.
You can get all those names on your resume but it still doesn't mean **** if they are close to being done when you fight them.

 

Alot of times these so called fighters calling out pacquiao are not at his level in terms of name and drawing power as well as credible opposition. Why should pacquiao lower himself to their level and fight them for a couple million dollars when he could fight for tens of millions when fighting mosley or marquez. This fighters calling him out want that big payday with out having established themselves as elite fighters, do they have millions of ppv sales? Most likely not.

 

Well considering all the choices have a legit chance to beat Pac (PBF and JMM) it is not quite the same as taking the Baldomir fight is it?

He can take on Cotto, Margo, one of the 140er, 154er, etc. You can't leapfrog others just because you have a 27 and 0 record vs unknowns.

 

So you rather have berto than have de lahoya on resume, that does not sound like a smart decision at all.
