People arguing on behalf of berto here are most likely not berto fans, but they are people who hate pacquiao. Not a fan of pacquiao but i will admit that he is a superstar in and outside of boxing, and if he was to fight against any of the opposition above i would not pick against him to loose.

Even if they fight him and JMM both at the same night for the first time in history people won't appreciate it. Fact is, Berto is not ready for someone like Pac now. Berto still didn't get a major fight to get the biggest fight out of all and P4P#1, it will be a mistake for Berto to fight Pac. Pac is better off fighting a big name similar to his or retire, Pac doesn't need to fight anyone out there anyway and if he stays active it's a big name or no one. There is nothing to prove or gain from fighting Berto. A KO1 over Hernandez was a good win but to take it far enough to make it seem like Berto would be a threat to someone in Pac's level is a mistake only a newbie watching the sport would get carried away with. Pac knocks out fighters in the top 10 P4P the way Berto knocked out Hernandez, let's be real here.

Pac vs JMM is a good fight for both but JMM won't go to 147 as he already said he won't.
