And I guess Pac became multi-dimensional, a few months later vs David Diaz, right? :nono This one dimensional EXCUSE is nonsense. Pac fought one of the most skilled fighters of this era, and got schooled, earning a close, controversial (and arguably undeserved) win. And the man was 34 YEARS OLD, at the time! This just shows how skilled JMM really is, and how much will and heart he has. And even at 37 he still makes this a compelling enough matchup, to rival anyone being considered, except Mayweather.

People need to start giving JMM his props. He is a truly great fighter.

This what? There aren't even that many Pac fans insisting Pac face JMM at WW.

Do you have any proof that Floyd outweighed him by 8+lbs or are you just pulling numbers out of your ass??

The fight should be from 143 to 147.

nice dig. you even try took that far just to prove your bull**** point? pac and jmm is roughly the same size no matter what weight they fight. meanwhile floyd is hardly the same size as pacquiao. pacquiao wants floyd first and has jmm as back-up. meanwhile floyd wants jmm only when he came back. he also cheated jmm off the scales.

    140. as most *******s say, pac is a natural lightwelter. wo why take the fight above that? to gain advantage? we all know jmm sucks at 147. it should be a competitive fight.

floyd is refusing to be weighed but you can estimate it yourself. jmm was 148 that night and floyd looked like a tank beside him. besides, jmm felt floyd has 20 pounds over him that night. my estimate is floyd is around 155 around that night.

JMM can feel what it wants it doesn't prove anything. Essentially your just guessing. But lets for the sake of argument say ur right and Floyd was 155. That's 7lbs. Do you think Mayweather haters should give him more credit for his Castillo fight since he had moved up and Castillo outweighed him by 9lbs on fight night?

yes he had a hard time keeping his weight above 150 while training making him more sluggish then usual, that is the very reason why he said **** it lets focus on speed forget bulking up in which ariza tried to argue with pac. that is also the very reason he only weighed in at 1441/2. :good

Yeah despite what everyone is saying the only thing that would even things up would be if it was at 135 and Pacquiao had to drain a dangerous amount. At 140 it won't make any difference for Pacquiao, he is a small 140 pounder in reality and will make it without any trouble at all.

If the fight was at 147 or 140 its no different because they will both weigh the same amount on fight night regardless of the division, and at either 140 or 147 they aren't going to have to worry about draining.

jmm was exaggerating but there's no doubt when you looked at them side by side that floyd is in an entirely different weight class.
