I'd rather see him fight MAyweather as 1st pririoty @ 147, 2nd Berto also @ 147 and 3rd option Marquez @ 140-142. Im a Pacquiao fans but in my opinion he has no business at 154 lbs so MArtinez is a NO for me.

I couldn't disagree more with just about everything you said. Mosley's speed, power and reach don't mean the same thing at 40 as it did at 30. He'd be cannon fodder and that's it. He survived Mayweather because Mayweather isn't very aggressive and doesn't push the action. Pac would leave us with a sad, sad memory of Mosley.

Plus the two criticisms of Pac you detailed are both total bunk. I know they are criticisms and they are out there, and I realize you didn't personally endorse the criticisms, but they're still total bunk.
Pac has most definitely fought and beat great fighters in their primes, and the fact that none of them have been African-American is no way some sort of conspiracy or signifies he's scared of them. It simply means the best guys in his weight classes weren't Af-Am at the time. Until very recently anyway. And as you can see by my recent posts, I'm growing increasingly tired of Pac's choices of opponents. He does need to fight a Bradley, or Berto or any of the other top dogs between 140 and 147. Black or not, fight the best or just quit.

I called for the same when Pac signed to fight Clottey but everyone still made excuses like Clottey had a chance... all Mayweather & Pac fights should be boycotted to the absolute maximum & the media should hound both FMJ n Pac until they sign on the dotted line to face each other.... Im not interested on schoolgirl **** like who is too blame & which fighters dick the fans want to suck... all I want is for the 2 best fighters of my era to get in the fkn ring & do what they do best, it shouldnt be this fkn hard, just fkn fight each other you pair of poofs.

    The End !

    No.

Pacman would utterly destroy Mosley. Mosley struggles mightly with fighters who can move and no one moves better than Pacman.

Let's see. Martinez is too big, he'll probably get KO. Marquez who is the one calling out Manny but is demanding him to go down in his weight, Manny knocks him out. Berto, what are you nuts? Who else is there as a VIABLE opponent?
So does a Mosley fight appeal to me? Yes, it's the most viable fight for him atm.
Now do I want Pacquiao to fight Mosley, as a fan no. I want him to fight Martinez at 154, or fight Marquez at 140.

But you know what we really want? For Mayweather to get his urge back and fight Pacquiao. But we're also not getting that won't we. Where's your thread about that?

I know Mosley isn't the best possible fight out there, but it's much better than Margarito. Berto is still unproven, Sergio is too big, and Floyd is gonna wait for Manny to retire. No, I agree it's not the most appealing, but if you believe Mosley has the puncher's chance and still has some finishing skills he's not going to give up without a fight. There's also a chance this might be the first time he can get stopped. People wanted this same fight 2-3 yrs ago. How the tables have turned.
