A while back Carl said he would like to rematch with Jean Pascal, in order for that to happen Carl would have to go up in weight. How do you think Carl would fare against these LHW's. Froch vs. Cloud Froch vs. Hopkins Froch vs. Pascal(rematch) Froch vs. Dawson
I have a feeling that Hopkins is quite done, and that this will be made abundantly clear in a couple of weeks. He had his last great performance at the age of 43, two years ago against Pavlik. He is the only one of those 4 top Light Heavies over whom I would favor Froch at this point in time.
Hopkins would school Froch Cloud-Froch would be a damn war....either could get the win there. Dawson would have to get his arse in gear....back to the form he showed in the past...otherwise Froch just might beat him. I would most likely pick dawson though. He would deff beat Pascal again though, no doubt there.

Yeah, Hop has looked finished in his last two fights. He seems a lot stiffer and slower now, with no spring in his step. And he can't put together a combination without having to take a breather. Don't know how a fight would go with Froch....I'll hold off until I see him against Pascal. As far as Cloud and Dawson, i'd favor both over Froch with Pascal being a slight favorite in my book at 175.
Froch batters the heartless dawson and stops him. Schools the hypejob cloud with an easy and early stoppage - welcome to world level boxing tavouris. Pascal II is a war not sure which way that one goes, could see Froch opting to box to a wide UD. Pascal is ringing the final bell on hopkins' career, Froch would be the stretcher bearer. Next two years Froch is going down as an ATG. If he were american can you imagine how ridiculously hyped he would already be? Gotta love the cobra, americans could learn a bit about heart from this true warrior.
Froch would kill Dawson I mean Pascal & Froch are totally similar in so many ways and look what Pascals' aggression did to Dawson - he wilted!!! If Froch fought at distance like he did vs Abraham he'd beat Hopkins but I think Hopkins would lay too many traps and actually get the 'w'. I dunno....50/50 Cloud....ask me after the Johnson fight. Pascal? 50/50. Pascal's improved and Froch's 33 goin on 34.
Oh definitely he's improved so much but Pascal doesn't care much for technical improvements ha ha ha! the dude just don't care it's like if you want to fight Pascal you've got to mix a lot of brawling with your technical boxing and I think that's where Froch's age comes in. Perhaps Froch's technical imporvements would be enough to offset his brawling depreciation. As I say I definitely wouldn't pick against Froch his heart is immense. If I had to put money on it I'd say Froch but they won't fight till he's 35 so.......
You guys really think B Hop loses to Pascal? I know he's old and almost done but he got up out of his armchair and picked this fight for a reason. That reason being that Pascal is terrible and had absolutely no right winning a title from Dawson.

Fortunately Pascal doesn't fight based on some American fanboys expectations of him and how they imagine a bout vs their hypejob is "supposed" to go. Instead he decided to do his best and guess what, he won about 8 rounds and kicked Dawson's ass. P.S. He didn't win a title from Dawson, Dawson dropped all his belts so he could fight the + 40 crowd at LHW.
