This is another "hate" thread started in order to try and discredit Froch for a fight that has hardly been mentioned on the forums in the last 12 months.Froch did what you prayed he wouldn't saturday, grow to **** up and try and start a thread about something other than "Froch hate" :patsch

Like I said in a thread earlier today, I havn't seen this bout since it was LIVE...and what Boxed Ears said in that same thread was, there were a number of close rounds during that bout. At times Dirrell made Froch look amateurish, but there were also those close rounds that were mentioned when neither were doing enough to win, or Dirrell was throwing himself on the floor...I wouldn't blame a judge for giving those type of rounds to Froch, especially when he was the guy on the front foot.

(Also, my first comment in this thread wasn't a dig at you...but like I said, there always seems to be those type of threads popping up like mentioned. At least this thread seems genuine anyway, and not started just to insult said boxer. :good)

It's how Dirrel killed the fight and stopped the anyone having any 'highlights' luckily that didn't wash with the judges and ref :patsch :patsch :patsch

He landed to the back of the head, hit while holding Dirrell down and hit on the break too.

    Those are Froch's highlights.

If this fight makes boxers think twice about using the same tactics, then it's a good thing!!! Dirrell's style ids bad for boxing

Dirrel does seem to have done the more eye-catching work. But did Froch do any work whatever?

If he did, someone might say "in round 6, at minute 1:36, Froch gets a nice hook!"

But I'm still waiting for that.

Well that's the point isn't, He couldn't do any work, because Dirrell wouldn't stop holding. Why can't you grasp that concept? Every time Froch got near him he'd hold. did you watch any of the fight?

You appear to be confusing a "cowardly little ***** with a headache" with a "professional boxer".

Direll is a disgrace. Let me guess you are also a fan of sven ottke? Or are you just from michigan.

You're straying from the topic, which is whether Froch had any significant punches against Dirrell.

There are undoubtedly many interesting threads about Sven Ottke. You might find them amusing. But Sven is hardly relevant to the question of whether Froch has a highlight reel.

He doesn't have a highlight reel, because Dirrell held him every time he engaged. It's kind of the same as if you handcuffed Froch before the fight, he wouldn't be able to land much. Understand?

So Dirrell's tactics stopped Froch from fighting his fight. :think Interesting. Isn't that what they call ring generalship? As in imposing your style on the other fighter? Why couldn't Froch work out of the clinch? Or negate young Direll's tactics?
