I thought that was bull****. I didnt know PW demanded taht. What a punk. Not even did he fight at the right weight but he asked to be treated like a champion.

Im glad that punk is out of the picture. Always disliked him.

Probably part of the deal. Williams wanted to be billed as the bigger fighter. Like Floyd is demanding against Pac. he wants to come in 2nd, have his name on posters first. To be more marketable. Williams ended up losing badly so all that made little difference

I noticed it on fight night, too. Figured it might be because he "won" the first match, but didn't give it much thought...

I kept telling anyone that PW wasnt this so called guy who just wants to fight. He is like most of boxers. Worried about the theatrics.

Its very rare to have guys who just want to fight.
The last great one of those is Morales that i can think of.

    JMM kind of belongs there.
Martinez seems to be the same.

Even young punks coming up nowadays have demands or they wont fight.

The best part is how they had the gameplan written in a pocket notebook. That's hard work and dedication.

And people were worried that Martinez wasn't going to make weight.
