Fighters who should of become world champion but never did?

    what fighters deserved the shot and didnt get it or were good enough to be but were unsuccessful on the big night?

    Roy Jones Jr should have established lineage in some weight class at some point.

    Herol Graham got two shots,and with a little more enterprise in the first,against Mike McCallum,would have been crowned champ. Not many could have withstood the shot that he took from Julian Jackson in the second one.

    No, I don't think so, he was a level below the best of his time.
    More of a "policeman" type, imo.

    Joey Archer beat Dick Tiger and Hurricane Carter and IMO should have won the first fight vs Griffith for the title...Archer should have been a champion

    If you look over his record he was lacking and he lost to many ordinary fighters at the time. Shavers legend as a puncher has been created by guys that beat him. No doubt he could punch but could not finish the job vs many all through his career
