Let's talk about them, since the Amir Khan thread got me thinking, who is so great that they have some nice power or nice KO's?

Or even a few nasty knock downs en route to dominant decision?

    Names and examples...

David Lemieux, this Friday. He might just kill Gates.

    Lemieux for me.

Valero had an outstanding knockout record but he didn't knock people out with one shot like Lemieux is doing. Terrific puncher. If he keeps this going, he'll go down with the likes of Julian Jackson.

Abraham is the first one that comes to mind. He normally brutally stops opponents.
Maidana also does pretty well there.
Wladimir even though people criticize him he does stop people for the count.
Im not sure but does Montiel?

I think Lemieux is a good shout. Real one punch KO power, Camacho jr. didn't even believe he was KO'd :D

Have you seen the Raines & Ayala KOs? :D

Ayala was out in the 1st... the guy got a draw vs Mora and almost went 12 rounds with AA (before the KO lol). I know it doesn't say much, but it kind of backs GYM up when they say whoever gets hit clean by David will go down.

Saw the Ayala KO @ youtube... he looked like a ragdoll in there with David. And every fight you see of him he hits his opponents pilar to post.

    Modern? Julian Jackson.

Current? I'd go with Wladimir Klitschko. Even though it takes him a while to build up to it, most of his knockouts are of the one or two punch, out of nowhere variety. Lemieux hasn't faced a high enough level of competition yet to call him a great knockout puncher yet, IMO.
