Roberto Duran UD over Antonio Margarito

I could see the Margo that beat Cotto have sucess but I think Duran's slippery inside fighting and iron chin would help him prevail. Margo goes the distance though

Thats a toughie...I like Carter a little bit better.

If you chucked them in 10 different fantasy matches I think Carter matches better..Maybe they win the same but I think Carter would do better in his losing efforts...at his very absolute best I mean though.

But Jimmy had a tendency to fight a little to patiently..He would explode for a little while and then go back to being patient..whereas Brown had a very good workrate, moved around and punched a hell of a lot. More a consistent operator, with very good stamina.

I think Brown might just edge it, as Carter sometimes let fights get a bit close with his pacing and Brown was rousing finisher in the championship rounds.

Great post! This is how it should be done. some of the posts lately are results with little or no rationale behind it. It doesn't have to be a long explaination. but a brief reasoning for your result. would be well recieved.
Sorry dont know much about Dupas to handle this one...

i will take a stab at this one if that's ok.

i will take dupas to win by decision he was quick on his feet had a very good defence and his hands were on the quick side this along with good ring intelligence would give cotto problems scoring , cotto would not be in danger of being stopped it may just simply be that dupas skill and style would be a bad one for cotto

    Yeah Tyson TKO5 i think m8.

What if it was in 1989 instead??

218lb Tyson [who won VS Bruno] VS 208lb Holyfield [won VS Dokes],, here Holyfield is less green And has 6lbs extra Muscle-Mass. So IMO Holyfield wins by TKO10. :!:

I still don't think Holyfield would have been quite ready. 1991 and after,The Real Deal beats Iron Mike.
