Just found this out myself and it was pretty surprising. I'm 99% sure this was the guy who a won a world title (one of main 4) with the fewest pro fights. I had a few people who I thought it was but it was somone less well known. I'll reveal it later if no one gets it right (and yes I'm aware I dont't have a life)

So which profesional boxer won a major world title with the fewest fights under his belt?

No mate, good effort though. He won it after 14,15 fights. He was only 21 though the youngest 154 champ and one of the younger champs ever.

Veeraphol Sahaprom won a title in his fourth fight, so I'm pretty sure it's him.

Leon Spinks beat Ali in his 7th or eight fight for the heavyweight championship of the world. Maybe Davey Moore is who you're thinking?

While I'm familiar with him I did not know that. The guy I am refering to won a title with one less fight than Sahaprom and was from the same continent as him too.

Leon Spinks won the belt with a 7-0 record. Some say he should have won the second fight against Ali, too.

I misunderstand you when you answered the guy who guessed Vargas I thought you were saying the guy in question fought at 154...my bad.
