On the latest "On the Ropes" broadcast, Carl Froch said that if he fought Andre Ward it would have to be somewhere neutral, like Las Vegas.

He also said that the Super 6 final was contractually obligated to be set in Las Vegas.

So we can all rest easy that if Ward and Froch do fight, it will not be in Oakland.

Its still the states. AA should insist on Ward fighting in Germany.

I guess Froch disagrees with you then. He was very clear that he considered Vegas neutral.

But Ward has not fought outside of the USA so Las Vegas does not cut it for me. Germany. AA deserves his home fight now.

AA has been DQ'd and shut out in his last two fights. What exactly has he done to deserve it? He already had a super 6 fight in Germany btw, the first one. Have you even been watching the tournament? Ward has had 2 in Oakland, none of the remaining fights should be in a fighters hometown.

AA has no basis to "deserve" anything at this point, he is lucky that the title will even be on the line. He doesnt even deserve a title shot at this point.

I'll also add this. Froch will get a fair shake of the scoring in Las Vegas.

Anywhere but Oakland or Nottingham is cool (assuming a Froch-Ward final).

    That phrase is slightly overused.

Ward will cry and fall down on the canvas beating his fists like a baby if the fight is not in his home town with his personal referee and judges, still, if the fight is in Vegas, Ward will still get his ref, judges, etc., but won't be enough for him.

Andre Ward is a joke. Hometown everything. We get beat by at least 4 SMW's on neutral scene.

Depends on the referee and judges. Hatton/Mayweather and Calzaghe/Hopkins were both unfairly officiated, for contradicting reasons, in a short space of time. The referee and judges should all be neutral.

Hatton/Mayweather was biased refereeing against Hatton but dont tell me Jack you thought Cortez was being biased towards Hopkins against Calzaghe?

The Bhop/JC fight was scored perfectly actually, the fight was that close and the right man one. Don;t know what you are saying here. Also, the hatton/PBF fight was scored right.

Brits get a fair shake in vegas, everyone does, that is more than you can say for most anywhere else.
