So if we are presuming that the final is Ward vs Froch in Vegas, Ward will have had 4 fights at home (including Bika) and then the final a couple of hours away. Froch will have had 1 fight at home, 3 away and then the final away to.

    That isn't just coincidence.

Hindsight is a blessing right? It was not proven before any of the fights that he was better yet they still scheduled them in his home town. Is he better than Abraham, Froch? He certainly isn't better than Dirrell and was beyond lucky that the fight didn't happen, for what ever suspicious reason, as he would likely have been exposed as the headbutting, elbow throwing bum that he is before being outmanoeuvred and likely KO'ed.

Son of God my ass. Sense of Entitlement is more like it.

'Earned the right to fight at home' - Andre please! :nut

This just sounds like something a Floyd fan would say.

''Floyd doesn't have to fight the best fighters because he'd beat them anyway''

And I know you're not a Floyd fan.... are Ward fans getting the same mindset as Floyd fans?

Someone needs to put this to Ward. Do you want to be remembered as a fearless warrior that fought anywhere against anyone. Or a ***** fighting at home picking up ABC titles and having fights surrounded in controversy. People will speak about Froch in years to come, as a fearless warrior regardless of resume (which infact is pretty damn good), how will Ward be remembered???

Fix the **** up and get with the program! THis level of arrogance will lose you a shitload of fans!

I gotta thank the guy who asked Ward about the scorecards even tho after how he talked about his performance it was obviously that he didn't felt like a 120-108 in the ring.
The funny thing was that when he talked about headbutts and elbows he said "It isn't fair" if i remember correct. Normally after that statement It shouldn't been brought the subject of How frequent are the headbutts are in his fights, and asked if he think it's fair for his opponents(e.g Kessler). Probably the question was to aggressive and you guys what him to answer his phone another time to.
I don't really care about him fighting at home. The only things I care about is that like the others he should have had 1 fight at home 1 away and 1 on neutral ground.. to be fair. No? And the fact that by magic what shoud've been 116-112 turned into 120-108 (Bika not winning at least 1 round-C'mon!!)
Against Bika it's normal for him to fight at home... he is the champion. His next fight with Abraham is normal for him to fight at home he earn it by finishing in top2 in the group stage.
Another thing... You did mentioned Bika's fight with Calzaghe but not Bika's fight against Bute. It should've been brought up for the sole reason of asking him:
"Bute had an easier time against Bika staying on the outside why did you choose to fight the way you did against Green(inside) and not the way you did against Kessler(outside)?" Well not exactly like that but you get the point.

The moaning 'its not fair, its not fair' :|on this thread stinks of bitter Kessler, Abraham, Froch fans after their fighters have pretty much been exposed in this tourny

Where did you expect the Green/Bika fights to be held? And why would a fighter coming off 2 losses in Abraham dictate where the fight was  Yes he has earned those fights at home because hes the man on top right now. the final should be at a neutral location

Ward's headbutts are out of line but they aren't any worse than Froch's rabbit punches or Hopkins/Holyfield/Hatton's career tactics as a whole. Its hard to officiate butts in any case.

I said from the offset this tourny was a stupid idea and the semis are largely a waste of everyones time

The reason Froch isn't #1 is because he has 1 defeat ...not only that but his defeat came to the man(kessler) that was dominated (98-92 X2, 97-93) by Ward who is undefeated.

Ward will be remembered as the guy who kicked Froch's ass and the guy who dominated Kessler who kicked Froch's ass. Froch is the only guy in the tourny with a hometown decision and fought the majority of his career in Nottingham and was going to pull out of the Abraham fight when he couldn't get hometown advantage himself. The only reason Froch hasn't had 2 fights at home in this tourny is because his manager sealed a deal with a handshake instead of a written contract. Anyone who thinks Froch wouldnt have got hometown advantage against Bika and Green has their head up their own ass

Ward is no more the man than Froch and Froch has a better resume so then should Froch get home advantage for that?. Will all the Ward fans happily accept the final in Frochs backyard especially if he uses rough tactics bordering on cheating to win?

Chill out, fellas. There's plenty of time for him to fight away...in much bigger and tougher fights too. Other promoters and fighters should've raised their objections from the get go. It's only a problem now because Ward's turned out to be the real deal.

Having said that and i'm a big Ward fan, but he's wrong on this one. He got an easy pass for his part in the Dirrell fiasco too. It wasn't as black and white as some will have you believe. Ward had no plans in fighting Dirrell at this stage IMO. His friend and toughest stylistic problem.

Son of Ottke should have been asked in what way he earned that right.
