Technically your wrong, Vegas is Mayweather's home town. Wlad/Vitali's adopted country is Germany.

All the serious big fights are in Vegas, none of the Super 6 are big enough names to fight there

Anyone expecting Ward to face challengers like Green, Bika and Abraham on their home turf is an idiot who doesnt know the first thing about business

Brilliantly sidestepping the fact that Kessler when he was the champ went to Wards hometown to defend his belt aren't you? Also conveniently ignoring the fact that Froch defended his world title in Denmark?

It's about being fair towards the other contestants who all have fought.

British are you? Fine I'm Barack "****ing" Obama. That's the beauty of the internet. You can be anyone you want to

You're either ignorant or Trolling. So which one is it?

Seriously what the **** does that have to do with anything? Abraham and Froch fought their last fights away so naturally they needed to find a neutral venue for their fight. It was only fair. As to all the posturing about finding a venue that's just noise and you know it. Unless you the type of person who believe what they write in The Sun

Yes, but those are their adopted hometowns... Meaning they had to move their to get big fights. ****, even hatton and calzaghe left england.

    I don't know why ward can't travel

like I've said many times we're talking about a guy who won a GOLD MEDAL at the Olympics in EUROPE.

He fights at home because he wants to build a strong fanbase, not cause he needs it to win.

    Pretty irrelevant statement...

That does not make it fair now does it?

He's not going to build a fanbase with that style....

You need to either shut out your opponents with slick defense or try to finish them.....

    Ward does neither

 I'm well known to be British by a few long term posters on here, start a thread in the lounge and ask if you want to ask :hey

Your right Kessler was no1 and didn't have to goto Ward's hometown, to get US SHowtime money though they probably needed to. Kessler has also usually gone to his opponents backyards, which I'd take a guess is because he doesn't make enough money from fights in Denmark

Boxing has never been about whats been fair in business or in the ring

Fair, fair, fair, firstly whats fair has F All to do with what goes on in the world. But lets just get this straight, you want fairness for Abraham in his next fight, the same Abraham whos manager went back on a agreed handshake to fight in Nottingham? The same Abraham who hit an opponent on the floor? Abraham what a fair guy he is

Fair isn't really relevant. The other guys won't draw **** in their hometown. What's the point of having a huge fight nobody goes to?

Not that smart are you? Kessler sell out 20.000 seat arenas in Denmark and the pay per view is 50 pounds. He would be making a killing fighting scrubs in his hometown. He had no economical incentive to fight in the SS6.

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it you "limey *******" :hey

who got the W in dirrell fight? Exactly, dirrell was the one who made that a horrible fight and if anyones been exposed its him as being a little whiney cry baby. A half blind kessler...due to froch making him that way. you are ridiculous. By the way it has nothing to do with that fact carl is from England why i'm backing him up, I would have been happy no matter who won between abraham and froch.

Shut the **** up! Abraham draws three to four times the crowd that Ward does in Oakland in Berlin...

That was in reference to Kessler, Bika and Green, but okay, get upset about it you whiny *******.

I agree that he should fight AA in Germany with neutral judges.
