If Marquez gets 3million as you say, that would be ten times....oh no... that would be 100 times of the 30 thousand dollars he received when he ducked Pacquiao and refused an outright rematch. The choosey "who thinks he is the star" Marquez opted for 30 thousand to face Chris John in Indonesia where he lost and never even gave Chris John a rematch.

I'd say give Chris John a rematch if he thinks he also won that fight. They might be able to do that in Indonesia for 50 thousand at this point :D

You think you beat Manny? Sure. Now fight Bradley or even Khan, and I am not even telling you to fight the likes of Margarito and Cotto.

Now beggars can't be choosers can they? :deal If were Pacquiao, I would never impart my money with you. :good

If we are honest pac will devastate anyone 147 and under outside of mayweather. Marquez however is the most worthy of facing him if the floyd fight does not materialize

Hate to say this but as much as I hate Arum for being such a greedy SOB (just like any other promoters) I still respect and trust his skill and decade of experience in selling an otherwise unexciting fight.

But we've heard this song before, didn't we? Before the Pacquiao v. Margo fight, everyone is saying they'll boycott the fight, people saying nobody will be interested in seeing Margo in front of Pac after the Plaster of Paris scandal, and similar other wise talks. Guess what? the fight earned 1.20mill ppv and 41,000 warm bodies in Cowboy stadium showed up. Arum can pull this off, trust me:good

Wow, out of sheer ignorance, your post actually highlights just how afraid you are that a Marquez-Pacquiao fight could be made.

Here you have a fighter in Marquez where the majority of boxing scribes believe Pacquiao was beaten twice against......yet even though most *******s state in forums like this that Pacquiao would kill Marquez, they go to great means to discourage a trilogy be made.

Marquez is a proven commodity in boxing, one of the best skill fighters for many years now.......and you *******s want him to prove himself vs Khan, Bradley, Alexander.......blah, blah, blah..........everything to keep Marquez form once again having the opportunity to do another number on Pacquiao.:lol:

    :yep:bbb:bbb

I guess one cant really blame the ******* for fearing the great Juan Manuel Marquez!:deal

Hate to break it to you but I along with many others in this forum predicted Pacquiao-Margarito would do over 1 million buys.

......that fight breaking 1 milliion buys was only a suprise to the haters of Margarito.

And since PAC v. Mosley is in the offing, and I'm pretty sure this is going to be pac's next fight, why don't you make it on record your predicition that Pac v. Mosley won't do more than 1mill ppv buys. Come on now, it's your turn. :smoke

Its pretty much over for now, we are not seeing the trilogy for now at least.

When Arum began talking about an African American fighter being Pacquiao's next opponent and Mosley dancing away from Golden Boy it was a done deal. Boxing gets another slap in the face.

And these laughable *******s claiming JMM doesn't deserve a chance.:lol::lol:
Right because Clottey and Margarito were the most deserving boxers ever and their followings can sell out a venue alone. :rofl

Also to those claiming JMM ducked Pacquiao, you gotta be a complete ****ing ignorant loser to believe a warrior like Marquez would duck him. The Chris John fight happened 2 years after the JMM and Paquiao first fought. :hi:

I dont really care about this fight anyways. This fight is so last year. The man does not belong at 147. Marquez hasn't even prove he can fight a top 140 pound fighter let alone 147. How does he deserve this fight? Cause he beat Katsidis. I like Katsidis, the boy is fun to watch. But he's just B- fighter. I think Fritas has beter skills. Altough he has more heart and determination. He's on the same level. Guy couldn't even beat an old Casamayor. There is really nothing in it for pacquiao to face him. Floyd showed why there are weight classes. The guy is just too slow and no power in the higher weights. Pacquaio get no credit in beating this old marquez. I didn't give any to floyd and give even less to pacquiao if he takes this fight.
