Anybody excited to see him return to the ring? With Cotto, Martinez, Angulo, Clottey, and others at 154 I can't wait to see how he fits in the division. You can't deny he was a force before his "vacation" and I think he will be again in no time.

He was scheduled to fight on Khan/Maidana 11th December card against Deltron Raines. Its removed from boxrec, IMO its ******ed to fight as a pro about 2 months after being released from prison. I understand he's very good and I love watching him in the ring but a smart move I believe

He fights on the Khan-Maidaina undercard against Delray Raines at 160lbs. Its just a tune up for him, but it'll be interesting to see what kind of shape he's in now. Gotta expect some rust but he still is an action fighter.

I think it got cancelled due to some probation issue. I think his proby checked up on him at the gym, but he wasn't there. Some dumba$$ reason like he was at the dentist, if I'm not mistaken.

Getting fitted for a mouthguard or something? I remember reading that.

Didn't think that affected this fight. Anyway, I'm not excited for his return... I honestly don't think we'll see much more of him, tbh.

I wonder how good he will be without Ann Wolfe in his corner anymore.

if you dont like kirkland then you dont like Boxing at all(yes i am exxegerating a bit)

I cannot wait his comeback.. If Kirkland did not lose his manhood behind the bars he WILL make some noise again, that's for sure.

kirkland can beat anyone at 154 once he finds a trainer who will craft his natural abilities and mesh that with his natural pit bull style

Lol, yeah exaggerating a bit. Not all of us watch boxing for all-out agression, some of us like the sweet science as well. Personally, I like a nice mix.

I'm still not sold on Kirkland completely. If he turns out to be the goods for real for real, and can hold his own on the world-class level, I'll be very happy for him. But as it is right now, there's a certain skill level I just don't think he has, and given the situations in his personal life, I'm not sure he can attain. I think there are a few guys at 154 that can out-box him completely, to the point even his natural aggression won't affect the outcome of the match. I'm looking forward to seeing him again tho.

I wonder if he's going to fight at MW, I'm still hoping on a fight with Angulo. If Pavlik ever comes back Kirkland vs. Pavlik would be a banger.

Kirklands a B level guy, totally reckless and he's been almost KOd at least twice.

Still, he's exciting and so he's a good guy to have around.
