    He must be because:

--- for achieving what others have not achieved. 8 division titles.
--- for winning 3 lineal titles
--- for being the best boxer pound for pound
--- for currently being the highest earning boxer
--- for being the only elected active boxer in office

Paper BULL**** titles. A title against Antonio marrgarito? Junior middleweight at 150 lbs?A shellshocked Cotto for a welterweight title at 143 lbs? a lightweight title against David Diaz? Mosely coming off of a loss and a draw next? A new ''Diamond '' belt? Good management and carefully picked opponants. The guy's good but not superman. look at the facts.!!!

    Okay.
    - He's not smart
    - His ring IQ is mediocore
    - He cherrypicks opponents
    - He fights fighters comming off a loss
    - He fights tailor made opponents
    - He fights damaged good boxers
    - He drains his opponents
    - He has **** defense
    - He got outboxed by a past prime morales
    - He got beat TWICE by JMM (whom Floyd schooled)
    - A slow plodding Clottey hit him at will
    - He doesn't know how to block an uppercut
    - He doesn't deserve the FOTD award

Yet, after reading those above, you have to wonder. Why is he suspected of PEDing again?

    Why is mayweather hiding?

aw, wrong thread. it all started with - he's NOT smart.

Yes, I saw him played the piano while singing. He learned it at an advanced age. I'm just wondering if he learned to play it at a younger age. But he was dirt poor then. He could have been a musical genius today. That's how smart Pacquiao is.

I agree with the red. :good

But I do however think he's a lot smarter than most people give him credit for. But not for any of the dumb reasons the thread starter said.

All the items need further explanation before you would expect to believe you. Not smart? In what sense? He drains his opponents? How can that be deliberate draining when they agreed to fight a certain weight. Many fighters fought at catchweight. Leonard, dela Hoya, Marquez (which Floyd did not honor), etc. Whey single him out? Mediocre ring IQ? Really? How come he was undefeated in 14 consecutive fights from Morales? Clottey hit him at will? Not so. He got beaten twice by Margquez? Not true. Pac beat him twice if the ref in the first fight did not make an scoring error? He doesn't have to block an uppercut? He eludes from them, and he has an iron chin arguably. Not deserved the FOTD? Well, he bagged it. Eat your heart out. Why is he suspected of PED? All you have to do is find out who and what are his accusers. A convicted drug dealer and a gay envious almost forgotten boxer.

Why is Floyd hiding? Find out if he has already found a testicle donor in Vegas. :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

I don' think this is a smart move at all. To the majority of filipinos elected officials are seen as corrupt and if you don't know the right people you get screwed over. The system has so many problems , and even though his heart is in the right place, you get the feeling once the "unique celebrity" feeling wears off and the people begin to demand results he can't achieve his reputation will be knocked down a peg.

Some of the greatest people that have influenced the world have not been polititians.

You can't blame the guy for wanting to serve less fortunate ones in his community. He knows how it is to be poor and hungry. At the rate he is going, he is on the right track by implementing progams for the poor like likvelihood, provincial hospital, ambulances, etc.

So because someone makes a thread saying "Pacquiao isn't smart" you need to make one that says he is? Who is this thread aimed at, the people that started and believed in the other thread? They aren't going to change their opinions. The Manny fans aren't going to buy their **** either so they don't need a thread like this. I don't think the sensible people give a **** either because...well they're sensible.
