montiel's damage would be a lot more severe than the gonzales fight

    Donaire really surprised me today.

Awesome technical skills w/ real power? Not looking good for Montiel...

    :thumbsup

I sure hope it gets broadcast in Australia but I'm not counting on it.

Very good win by Donaire against a fighter who I thought had more in him than that.

Anyone clamouring for Darchinyan v Donaire II anymore?

You normally don't see lighter weight boxers bustin' up opponents like that, especially another world class fighter...maybe there's something to this white rice diet.

I am waiting for the replay or youtube video unfortunately.

I can't believe some of the boxing media reports here had been saying the first fight was a fluke and Donaire was chicken of the rematch. I'm a Vic fan and even I found that a bit of a stretch.

Donaire's always had good skills, but been inconsistant facing good opponents. Mthalane at fly and now the destruction of Sidorenko is putting him the right direction.

Another Filipino making a name for himself. Donaire will be successful because of his boxing skills along with his power. I am looking forward for Donaire vs Montiel, it will be a war. Good for boxing fans.
