Honestly, I hate to be the guy that discredits opponents after the fight is over, but anyone who saw that fight can't be that impressed. I'm Russian and I was cheering for Sidorenko, but after one round any fool could see this was a KTFO waiting to happen. I've never seen Sidorenko fight out side of this, so I can't compare to anything else, but he had nothing going for him here. Who in the hell just stands in front of his opponent with his hands down. He was just a punching bag for the quicker, lankier Donaire, and didn't even attempt to move when Donaire move in to punch. He didn't keep his hands up, he tried a little head movement but head movement gets you nowhere when your feet don't move with your head. It looked like he was trying to stay in the pocket and hoping to land something big, but he has a Malignaggi-esque KO ratio, we all know he wasn't going to find it. There's nothing impressive about this victory. I had no interest in this fight before it actually happened and accidentaly stumbled upon it, but looking at it now, it would almost look like a cherry-pick. I mean, 7 KOs in 22 wins, 34 years old, inches shorter, lost to any real world class opponents he's ever faced. Get off Donaire's nuts, pinoys.

Donaire is right there with the very best in and around his weightclass. His accuracy is excellent, his hands seem to think for themselves.

Bring on Montiel - it is time for Donaire to prove exactly what he has got.

He lost only twice, and both to the same fighter Moreno. So you are way off. Plus he defended his WBA belt 7 times. If that's a journeyman for you...

Plus, he beat Agbeko and Poonsawat.

    So, WAY off, as mentioned.

Did I write journeyman anywhere buddy? He didn't defend his belt against anyone on Donaire's level, unless you want to bring up any counterexamples.

Has anyone seen his fight against Agbeko? Agbeko insists it was a robbery, and I was wondering if anyone had seen that fight?

I think Fernando Montiel will experience what Sidorenko, Darchinyan, Raul Martinez, etc. had tasted against Donaire.
