A bull**** story from the British press:

"With the help of an amateur video recorded by one of the members of the British team, I witnessed the knockout. The picture was perfect and there was no mistaking what had happened...PeleReid knocked out Vitali Klitschko, not with a kick to the leg, but with a bonafide spinning kick to the jaw. Don’t believe me?"

No I don't. If they had a video and it was an impressive KO they would have posted it a long time ago. It was light contact kickboxing with headgear where you have to punch with "reasonable" power and no malicious intent or you might get disqualified if you seriously knock out or hurt your opponent. There are no knock downs in light-contact kickboxing. The stoppages are very light. I doubt that it was anything special or we would have seen the perfect video they have of the "KO".

Prime vitali at 31 years old versus 38 year old[-2 months] Lewis who was at his heaviest and coming back from his longest time out of the ring, [more than a year],

    and Lewis still won.

A prime Lennox would have struggled with Vitali for a while. He would have had a guy in front of him that is prepared to stand, fight and take shots in order to get his off.Lennox would probably having tasted some hard shots from Vitali have dealt with it pretty much the same way he did Shannon.Wait for the big ****er to make mistakes then capitalise on them.
Had the fight with Vitali gone on I think a tired Lennox would have got stopped around 11.But that was not a prime Lewis.

If Vitali wasn't hurt, why was he trying to make it an MMA event at the end of the fight by laying all over Lewis?

I'm saving that for the next time some dense **** starts a thread about how WALDO would beat Ali.

It'll probably happen in the early hours of Sunday morning after he beats Chisora :nut

That doesn't explain why VITLAY was draped all over Lewis like a cheap suit at the end of the 6th, Lewis most certainly wasn't putting his weight on VITLAY at that stage, he was trying to get him the **** off him so he could clobber him again.

Still, if blaming Steward makes you feel more comfortable about the loss then go for it :rofl:nut:patsch

i'm curious, what did you have it scored at the time of stoppage? Your hate for Klitschko's is almost comical lol i doubt you could produce a legitimate scorecard.

your score is "Lewis TKO 6 Vitali" right?

I had it 4-2 for VITLAY, same as the judges...but I wouldn't have argued with 3-3 either. The thing is I'd seen this with Lewis fights before, the Bruno fight being a prime example. Even though Lewis was either behind of level on the cards, he was winning the 'fight' regardless of what was going on in the boxing match.

Why the Klit-ites obsess over the cards is beyond me, Lewis was the better, tougher man when he was over the hill so we have to accept that if you put a younger version of Lewis in there then it'd be even easier.

You win rounds by throwing more its who lands the cleaner harder shots, sure Vitali may have been one or two points ahead, but who won the fight in the end? the fight was stopped with in the rules, Vitali when the cut happend was given a shot to turn it around which in reality most fights would have been stopped right then and there.

You are of course talking about Vitali holding on for dear life after a right hand at the end of rd 6, he held on staggering across the full length of the ring before receiving another upper cut on the bell.

Everyone who isnt a ****** knows Lewis is a few levels above VK, Prime Lewis destroys that version or any version of VK.
