Who is to blame, currently, for no Pacquiao-Mayweather?

Money (the green stuff everyone gets when fights are made), and Everyone involved.

The way I see it, if either fighter TRUELY wanted to fight, for boxing, and not their respective bank account, someone would cave, and accept 60/40 or whatever, and ****in make it happen.

Mayweather created the whole mess. He invented the road block, Many just responded to it in a manner he felt was fair. Floyd never cared to clean boxing or even any playing field, he just found a great way to not fight Pac and save a little bit of face. But the second round sealed the deal on who's fault it was. All the negative press Floyd has received since then is just.

...And the fight still could have been made because Manny publicly agreed to Floyd's BS demands. Bob decided to walk, and he's done nothing to make the fight happen since. ****ing Facts KO1 Opinion.

What if they were held up because Manny wanted the 10 million dollar weight penalty. I bet you wouldn't say it's Manny's fault because he created the road block

This is the $100M question, and my head is so pickled with it I just don't know anymore, it's a ****ing circus.

Pacquiao's rise has been meteoric, he almost killed Hatton and took the souls of Oscar, Cotto and Margarito, and whilst I treat what anyone named Mayweather says with a pinch of salt I also know that these guys know their boxing inside out so although I pour scorn upon the drug allegations and testing demands I at least consider they "possibly" could be on to something. On the other hand maybe this very boxing knowledge I know clan Mayweather possess has led them to the conclusion that Manny is a ****ing southpaw monster they want no part of either, or at the very least deem too dangerous, thus the unprecedented demands and seemingly distancing of the entire clan from the sport in recent months. Or do Team Pacquiao fear Mayweather? It's a minefield! ....... add to that the greedy leeches surrounding both camps and the ego's of two superstars it really leaves you wondering if they will ever agree to anything or if we will ever get a definitive answer if the fight doesn't happen.

Which brings me to the last possibility, what if this is all just hype and both camps know secretly that they will fight, maybe even more than once with re-match clauses and for whatever reasons they are just waiting before they get it on.

I really don't know what to think anymore.

My gut says Mayweather doesn't fancy this fight but I'm just sick of it all tbh, hopefully we the boxing world get some sort of closure on it either way.

Voted combination of both teams ...... :-(

You realize that ten mill penalty is actually meaningless if Floyd intended to make the agreed upon weight?

Roadblock? That's not even a speedbump.

And BTW...you are aware WHY Pac brought it up right in the first place right? Ask Mr. JMM about this 'level' playing field Floyd wants in boxing...

Whatever happened in the past is in the past and before i think that there was plenty of blame to go around for both guys. Right now I don't see how you can put it on Manny. it's all on floyd if you ask me. Blaming the team is a cheap cop out for fighters. At the end of the day you are the one getting in the ring and you are the one that needs to make the call that you want the fight. Any fighter that makes it clear to his promoter that he wants a certain fight will get it especially if there is a lot of money involved.

    Everyone except the fans....

Well, fans too. Since fans are buying Pac-Clottey, Pac-Margarito, Mayweather-Mosley at a high level.

Bob's making plenty feeding Manny his guys, plus he gets to hide revenues from GBP (GBP is currently suing him for this) whereas if he was fighting GBP guys he couldn't hide ****.
